Heritage Nears Final Construction: Finishing Stages Begin

The anticipation to finish construction at Heritage Shooting and Training Center builds as Waynesboro Construction begins the finishing stages of construction this week. After completing the roof deck and base shell of the Range last week, construction has begun in the remainder of the facility to include the lobby, retail sections, training rooms, simulation rooms, offices, restrooms and airlocks. Interior carpentry work includes hanging drywall to finish the ceilings and walls, railings, casework and flooring. Once those items are complete, interior painting can begin followed by hanging cabinets and installing final fixtures for plumbing, lighting and electrical.
