The Defense is Personal Course is designed to empower individuals with knowledge and strategies to prevent crime, improve personal safety, and strengthen their resolve to not become a victim. This course is tailored to provide a variety of options and strategies in a way that is comfortable and achievable, no matter your particular needs. Students will learn about a variety of self-defense tools using lethal and non-lethal devices. No firearms will be used in this class.
