The Women's Only Basic Semi-Automatic Handgun Course is designed to empower the individual to feel more confident and informed about the semi-automatic handgun. Basic parts, operation, and shooting fundamentals of the handgun are the focus of this course. Heritage utilizes a variety of progressive instructional techniques; including classroom discussion, video presentations, simulation labs and hands-on experience. Students will learn safe firearm handling techniques and develop their skills through the use of training firearms before moving onto the state of the art shooting range for a live firing exercise. Taught by women instructors and available only to women. ** Must be at least 21 years of age to participate in this course **
