Wear & Carry Renewal Course

May 21st | 11am

This course is the Maryland mandated 8-hour training required to renew the Wear & Carry Permit. This training takes place in the classroom and on the range. Maryland Certified Instructors will review Maryland Law, transportation of firearms, use of force and holster draw. The course will then move to the range to practice basic and advanced skills including low light and barricade shooting. The course will end in the shooting of Maryland's Wear & Carry Proficiency Course.

Ladies Handgun Workshop

Have you ever wanted to learn to shoot but felt intimidated by guns or the guys? Then you need to sign up for one of our Women’s Handgun Workshops. You will leave feeling better about your newly acquired knowledge and a newfound sense of self-empowerment.

ASI Match

Action Shooting International (ASI) Match is a competition that is fun for all shooting levels and will help you develop valuable shooting skills. A Holster Draw Exercise will be held before the match for those wishing to become certified to holster draw on the range.

Friday: Date Night on the Range 6pm – 9pm

Friday Night is Date Night on the Range.  For $45, you and your date receive any rental 9mm handgun, 1-hour lane rental for two, and a box of ammo


3rd Thursday of Every Month: The Well Armed Woman, Western Maryland Chapter Meeting 6pm – 8pm

Monthly meetings are open to all women, 21 years or older. Time will be devoted to discussion and topical study as well as time on the range learning and practicing safe gun handling skills at each monthly event. All participants can rent a Glock 17 free of charge and are only required to pay for costs of ammunition, or if they’d like to upgrade their rental firearm.

Annual Chapter membership dues of $50 offers members local and national discounts, chapter hat and member kit and is used to cover chapter expenses, insurance, and events. First-time attendees are not required to join.
