Dear Heritage Community, 

April is Stress Awareness Month and we at Heritage want to help you lower your stress levels. Stress happens and sometimes it’s unavoidable which is why an American Psychological Association’s poll found that one-third of people in the U.S. report experiencing extreme levels of stress. However, it’s important to find time for yourself to battle your stress levels.

Here are our top 5 ways to relieve stress at Heritage:

  1. Retail Therapy
    Visit our retail department for a little retail therapy. Check out the latest semi-automatic firearms or find the perfect holster for your conceal carry.
  2. Donuts
    Enjoy a sugary treat and a little caffeine at our Breakfast Club. The last Friday of every Month from 9am – 11am, we invite you to join us for coffee and donuts along with a little conversation.
  3. Yoga
    Relax with a 1-hour beginner’s yoga class before heading to the range for just $45! Our R&R: Range and Relaxation event will be on April 15th this month at 9:30am.
  4. Virtual Shooting Experience
    Our state-of-the-art simulation lab will be set up for fun on April 21st. From 9am-5pm, enjoy a 30 minutes session of oiur favorite shooting games. Just $45 for 1-4 people, so bring a friend or three!
  5. Good Old Fashion Target Practice
    Last but definitely not least, hit the range for some target practice. We all know putting some holes in the target goes a long way towards shaking off the stress of the weekly grind.
