Due to the Governor of MD’s recent announcement regarding the Wear & Carry permit we are experiencing a higher than normal call volume. We are responding to messages as quickly as possible, however, please read the below information before calling.
- Fingerprinting is by appointment only through our online reservation system at both our Frederick and Hagerstown fingerprinting locations.
- Wear & Carry Course information and schedule can be found on our website at Wear & Carry Course.
- For information on Wear & Carry permits please visit the MD State Police Licensing Dept.
